Job Description The Executive Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing culinary staff and developing and executing culinary solutions to meet production, presentation, and service standards. The Executive Sous Chef will apply culinary techniques to food preparation and manage the final presentation and service of food. COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $75,000 . If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.
