What You'll Do
- Handle employment law cases from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial documents
- Take and defend depositions regularly
- Argue motions and appear in court
- Work closely with clients on case strategy and communication
- Support mediations, arbitrations, and settlements
- Assist in trial preparation and second-chair trials when appropriate
What You Bring
- Active California Bar membership
- 1-5 years of civil litigation experience (employment law preferred)
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating in a team setting
- Trial preparation experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
