• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the financial institution environment.
• Monitor and manage incoming calls, alarms, and communications from various locations to coordinate appropriate response actions.
• Dispatch security personnel and/or emergency responders as needed, based on established protocols.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of incidents, communications, and dispatch activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with on-site staff, visitors, and external agencies as required.
• Follow all Allied Universal procedures and client-specific instructions while performing dispatch duties.

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
