Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Dentist to join our busy dental clinic in Baltimore, MD. This role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Key Details

• Patient Ages: 100% Pediatric
• Patient Volume: Average of 25-35 patients per day
• Types of Cases: Extractions, space maintainers, fillings, crowns
• Procedures: Mix of Extractions, space maintainers, fillings, crowns
• Support Staff: Operations managers, dental assistants, hygienists, front office staff
• EMR System: EClinical Works

Schedule & Compensation

• Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (lunch included)
• Call Requirements: None
• Salary Range: $140 per hour
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
• Travel Reimbursement: No, local candidates only

Candidate Requirements

• Active Maryland Dental License
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Strong clinical skills in restorative, preventive, and exam services
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
