Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Washington D.C.

Job Summary:

Able Minds ABA, a privately owned agency committed to delivering top-tier ABA therapy, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Washington, DC. As an RBT, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism, while working collaboratively with our experienced professionals. Responsibilities:

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Board Certified Associate Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs)
Collect and record data during therapy sessions to track progress and inform treatment decisions
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and coworkers
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills
Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred
Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid RBT certification from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Must be able to maintain confidentiality and respect client boundaries
