Inova Fairfax Medical Campus Hospitalist Division is looking for dedicated Full-Time/Part-Time/PRN providers to join the team. • Provide direct hands-on care to patients within the limits of credentials granted by the Medical Staff of Inova in recognition of advanced training and experience in this field.
• Adhere to patient care and admission criteria policies and procedures of the Department of Medicine.

• Education: Doctor of Medicine degree or Doctor of Osteopathic degree from an accredited institution, Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
• Experience: Successful completion of an ACGME physician Internal Medicine residency program.
• Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Virginia and Virginia DEA.
• Payor Credentialing: Ability to successfully complete the credentialing process by third-party payors and enroll as a CMS Medicare/Medicaid payer.
• Medical Staff Credentialing: Successful completion of credentialing for Medical Staff membership and appropriate clinical privileges sufficient to perform all required services.

• 3 years of experience in hospital medicine.
