We are seeking a Full time Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive care in a community health setting, focusing on health equity and reducing disparities.

• Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, supervising care team members, maintaining medical records, supporting preventive initiatives, and participating in on-call duties.

• MD or DO with residency in Family or Internal Medicine
• Current MA license
