Hospital is seeking a BE/BC OBGYN to join team in a rapidly growing community just outside of San Jose, CA.

• Full-time Obstetric and Gynecology position in a rapidly growing rural community
• Two (2) clinic locations; one (1) within walking distance from the hospital
• Mon-Fri with some emergency call
• 32-40 hours of direct contact per week
  • Blend of hospital rounding, procedure block time and scheduled clinic visits
  • Time includes administrative duties
  • Minimum requirement may fluctuate up or down based on direct patient care
• Strong referral base
• Hospital EHR is Meditech/Clinic EHR is eClinicalWorks
• Collegial environment

• Good work-life balance, comfortable call schedule
  • 1:3 call rotation
  • 24 hour shifts for call coverage
  • Average of 30-40 deliveries per month
• Level 1 Nursery with Pediatric Hospitalist coverage
• Established primary care and specialty clinic network

Compensation Structure

• Base compensation at MGMA median plus incentives
• Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage
• CME allowance
• Relocation assistance available
