• Join one employed urologist in an established, growing practice
• Provide full-service urology with the ability to expand advanced offerings
• Access to DaVinci robotic systems (Xi and Si platforms) for surgical cases
• Dedicated clinic space with 3-4 exam rooms and experienced support staff

• Full-time, 4.5-day workweek
• Combination of OR and clinic time with flexibility based on your preference
• 1:3 call rotation shared with collegial coverage (light)
• Full scope available for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency urological care

• $700,000 Base Salary
• Encounter-based compensation model rewarding productivity
• $75k Signing bonus, relocation assistance, residency stipend, and loan repayment available
