Job Title: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - Pennsylvania (PA)

Job Summary:

Able Minds ABA is seeking a talented and dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Pennsylvania. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with autism. We are committed to providing a supportive and collaborative environment that fosters growth, development, and success for our clients and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans in collaboration with caregivers and other professionals

• Conduct assessments, data collection, and analyses to inform treatment goals and objectives

• NO CASELOADS- Offering in-person supervision for clients while they have another BCBA overseeing the caseload.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse populations

• $105-$120 HOURLY compensation package
