About The Role

We are seeking to hire several skilled Business Analysts to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that our software development projects align with organizational goals. You will work closely with various stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do
  • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for efficiency and digital transformation, with a focus on aligning software solutions to organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, QA specialists, project managers, and product owners throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation including user stories, use cases, business process flows, and technical specifications.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Utilize data analysis, reporting tools, and key metrics to evaluate outcomes, measure project success, and inform continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and contribute to an agile project environment.
What You'll Bring
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in business analysis within software development, IT, or technology projects.
  • Ability to interpret and translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams.
  • Understanding of agile project management methodologies and tools.
  • Analytical mindset and effective problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in international, multicultural teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management software.
  • Relevant certifications (eg, CBAP, Agile certifications) are a plus.
