Family Medicine - Physician

Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods is recruiting for full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physicians. New grads are welcome to apply!
Location: Novato, California.

• Multi-specialty group practice experience in an outpatient setting.
• Physician-led, collaborative, and collegial environment with available mentorship, leadership and career development opportunities.
• Ambulatory practice with flexible hours for work-life balance.
• Ability to practice full-spectrum family medicine.
• No inpatient responsibilities; hospitals provide inpatient support.
• EPIC EMR.

• Competitive salary with income guarantee.
• Salary range: $280,000 to $315,000 depending on location and experience.
• Benefits including paid CME, paid time-off, pension plan and 401(k), phone stipend, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, health, dental, fertility, vision and pet insurance, identity protection.
• Malpractice and tail insurance coverage.
• Relocation allowance and sign-on bonus.
• Forgivable loan of $200,000 for mortgage/refinancing or loan repayment.
• $2,000 monthly stipend for residents who commit to hire (maximum 12 months).
• Shareholder status eligibility after 24 months of employment.
