Cardiac and Thoracic Surgical Associates (CTSA) is seeking a dynamic cardiac surgeon to join our Denver practice. CTSA is the largest independent cardiothoracic group in Colorado with two locations, one in Denver and one in Colorado Springs. Candidates should be comfortable with the full spectrum of adult cardiac surgery. Clinical opportunities include participating in our structural heart program (TAVRs and mitral clips) as well as building a broad-based adult cardiac practice. We are a collegial practice with a focus on work/life balance.

Located within a short drive to world class skiing and outdoor recreational activity, Denver is a vibrant city home to several professional and collegiate sports teams. There are multiple options for fantastic dining and cultural events.

• Develop and manage a broad-based adult cardiac surgery practice.

• Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of clinical experience, but highly motivated new graduates are welcome.
• Board Certified or Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• Comfort with the full spectrum of adult cardiac surgery.

Total Compensation: $450-$700K, depending on experience. In addition to a base salary, physicians are eligible for supplemental compensation to include RVU incentives and other performance-based bonuses.
