• True OB Hospitalist model: manage triage, L&D, and postpartum rounding
• GYN component limited to consults and emergency procedures (D&C, ectopic, cysts, etc.)
• Double coverage model with Certified Nurse Midwives and physicians on every shift
• Flexible scheduling: 7 shifts/month (24-hour) or mix of 12s and 24s
• In-house only; no home call
• Level III NICU: 25% of babies from maternal transports; strong subspecialty support
• High-acuity, tertiary-level care while maintaining work-life balance
