Position Highlights
- True OB Hospitalist model: manage triage, L&D, and postpartum rounding
- GYN component limited to consults and emergency procedures (D&C, ectopic, cysts, etc.)
- Double coverage model with Certified Nurse Midwives and physicians on every shift
- Flexible scheduling: 7 shifts/month (24-hour) or mix of 12s and 24s
- In-house only; no home call
- Level III NICU: 25% of babies from maternal transports; strong subspecialty support
- High-acuity, tertiary-level care while maintaining work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated Base Salary: ~\$380,000 (range \$350K-\$450K DOE) plus Signing Bonus
- Incentives: RVU bonus potential + extra pay for additional shifts
