A California-admitted attorney with 5+ years of experience, preferably in employment litigation defense, including single plaintiff cases and class actions. You must be comfortable taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and independently running cases with appropriate support. You must also have strong writing and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to work independently but collaboratively, and the drive to excel in your practice. Strong communication, a proactive personality, and a "can do" approach are essential.
