Schedule for this position:
Monday through Friday 2:00-6:00 PM

As a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT), you will play a key role in providing compassionate and evidence-based care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Working under the supervision of a licensed clinician (BCBA), you will help clients work toward meaningful progress using applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.

This position is ideal for someone who is patient, kind, and committed to helping kiddos thrive!

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under clinical supervision

• Accurately collect and report session data

• Ensure client safety, dignity, and privacy (HIPAA)

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to deliver high-quality care

• Current Washington State CBT or RBT Certification (or eligibility to obtain it)

• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities/ABA (preferred)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Reliable, consistent and compassionate

• Job Type: Part time

• Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
