Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Able Minds ABA in Dover, DE. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized Behavior Analysis Treatment Plans (BATPs) to support client goals

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client strengths and areas for improvement

• Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans

• Provide training and support to behavior technicians and other team members

• Contribute to the development and implementation of program goals and objectives

• Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

• Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification

• At least 1 year of experience in the field of ABA therapy

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
