This is a hands on leadership role that carries full ownership of the US go-to-market function. You will be responsible for transforming early traction into repeatable, scalable revenue, building a high-performing enterprise sales organisation, and working closely with the executive team to refine and execute the broader GTM vision. The role blends strategic leadership with direct involvement in critical deals and partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, develop, and lead an elite enterprise sales team with a culture of accountability and outperformance
- Implement scalable sales processes, forecasting rigor, and performance frameworks to support rapid growth

What You Bring
- A history of scaling early stage revenue up to $20m ARR and beyond
- Proven success in early-stage or high-growth cyber security startups, with demonstrable results
- Strong leadership credentials, including experience building and motivating high-impact enterprise sales teams
- Deep understanding of enterprise cyber security buying cycles and go-to-market execution
- Ability to operate comfortably at both strategic and execution levels in a fast-paced startup environment
