Senior Electric Division Manager - Transmission & Distribution, City of Santa Clara.

The Senior Electric Division Manager - Transmission & Distribution has primary accountability for providing leadership in the Transmission & Distribution division, which oversees repair and maintenance of existing facilities, as well as construction for new business. This role balances repairs and new business, coordinating day-to-day with crews with the help of the supervising Senior Line Foreman and Line Foremen while managing the budget for repairs and construction. This pivotal leadership position requires strong independent decision-making and rapid acclimation.

• Provide leadership for the Transmission & Distribution division, overseeing maintenance and construction projects.
• Balance maintenance, repairs, and new construction to support business needs.
• Coordinate with field crews through the supervising Senior Line Foreman and Line Foremen.
• Manage budgets related to repairs and construction projects.
• Demonstrate independent decision-making, adaptability, and strong leadership in a complex environment.

• Seasoned leader with deep expertise in Transmission & Distribution operations.
