SR DIRECTOR FOOD AND NUTRITION - COLUMBIA, SC
Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year. Other Forms of Compensation: Bonus potential and relocation assistance (if outside the area).

Job Summary: Senior Director of Dining Services overseeing day-to-day foodservice operations, delivering an exceptional dining experience, leading and developing a team, managing client relationships, and owning financial and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily foodservice operations while operating within the approved budget and maximizing value for the client.
- Ensure food quality is consistently high and exceeds expectations.
- Direct and enforce safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Develop, mentor, and grow talent across the team.
- Foster strong interdepartmental partnerships and integrate dining services into overall facility operations.
- Drive operational excellence, food cost control, and account profitability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of five years of proven leadership experience.
- Two to four years of direct foodservice operational management experience, including inventory and purchasing.
- Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, presentation, and cost controls.
- P&L accountability and contract-managed services experience preferred.
- ServSafe certification a plus.
- Forward-thinking, proactive leader who serves as the visible face of the company.
