What You'll Do

• Take over and grow a litigation-heavy employment caseload
• Oversee and mentor associate attorneys
• Collaborate closely with firm leadership
• Participate in business development with full origination credit
• Engage in trial work, depositions, and motion practice

Ideal Background

• 7+ years of experience in employment litigation or class actions
• Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area
• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills
• Desire to break through income or growth ceilings of your current firm

Salary: $450,000 - $550,000
