TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations based in Memphis, TN. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL A Driver Details

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 3 am-4 am start time, 40-50 hours per week. Occasional overnight with additional pay.
• Pay: $27/hr plus $110 for occasional layover
• Route Type: Local
• Freight/Load Type: Delivering food-grade liquid (Sugar/Corn Syrup)
• Equipment: Tanker, Automatic
• Handling: Light Touch, Hook, and pump liquid using hydraulic PTO

CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:

• License: CDL A
• Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Endorsements: Tanker
• Equipment Experience: Tanker
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL A Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely operate equipment on local routes
• Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Perform required handling tasks, including hook and pump using hydraulic PTO
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role
