As a Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction and core product at Build.inc. You'll work alongside the founders & early team to build state-of-the-art AI agents and the platform that powers them, directly impacting the most prominent names in CRE. This is a high-intensity, high-reward role for someone eager to build groundbreaking technology and make a tangible impact on the physical world. We are seeking individuals who are willing to learn and have a proven ability to create and ship.
Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents using Python & Langraph, as well as other modern AI frameworks, for enterprise clients.
Full stack development, building out the core platform using TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind.
Collaborate closely with the co-founders and core team to define and execute the product roadmap.
Working directly with customers to iterate on product improvements based on customer feedback.
Embody a generalist mindset, tackling challenges across the stack from agent performance to platform infrastructure.
Champion best practices and help set the engineering culture at a foundational stage.
