Develop individualized treatment plans based on FBAs.

Analyze data to inform decision-making and program revisions.

Supervise and train behavior technicians.

Engage with caregivers to align treatment goals with family needs.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification.

Advanced education in ABA or related fields.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
