We are seeking an experienced and proactive Commercial Property Manager to join our team. The candidate must be currently managing commercial properties in high-traffic public areas. We do not install at multi-families, apartments, condos, or home living locations.

• Identify and evaluate potential commercial properties for installing parcel lockers, focusing on high-traffic areas and famous locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners and property management companies to secure lease agreements and partnerships.
• Negotiate installations (we pay for everything).
• Coordinate site inspections, due diligence, and feasibility assessments to assess suitability and readiness for installing parcel lockers.

• Strong network of relationships with property owners, real estate professionals, and industry stakeholders in high-traffic areas.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to identify and secure strategic locations for commercial purposes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
