SilverSwing ABA is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst LBA (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinic Director! Board Certified Behavior Analyst LBA (BCBA) Compensation:

• Pay Range: $85-105K

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans on an as needed basis.

• Manage and assist with setup and hiring for new ABA clinic.

• Oversee and manage BCBAs and RBTs.

• Assist with growth of the ABA clinic.

• Job will require a billable caseload with opportunity to lessen as clinic grows.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Schedule:

• Full-Time: 30+ hours per week

• Location: Ellijay GA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst LBA certification required.

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.

• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
