Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Columbia, Maryland. This role focuses primarily on conducting high-quality, in-person assessments to support accurate treatment planning and ensure compliance with clinical and insurance requirements. As a BCBA, you will collaborate closely with our clinical team to deliver behavior analysis services to children and their families. The ideal candidate is skilled in applied behavior analysis, confident in performing in-person evaluations, and able to communicate clearly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years practicing as a BCBA

• Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

• Certification: Active BCBA certification in good standing
