Seeking BC-BE Internal Medicine Physician to join department within one of the largest physician-owned and governed multi-specialty clinics in the Midwest!

• Division currently comprised of 20+ Internists, 4 clinic-based APPs, and 5 hospital-based APPs based in 5 locations throughout the metro area
• 90% outpatient, 10% inpatient
• Opportunity for students/residents to rotate through office

• Large referral base within clinic of over 270 multi-specialty providers that serve a population area of 1.3 million

• Generous $150k signing incentive
• Competitive two-year salary guarantee, which includes additional compensation after break-even, and shareholder track
