As Senior Director, you will lead multiple Back End engineering teams focused on building and maintaining our industry-leading cybersecurity products. You will drive vision, strategy, and engineering excellence while integrating AI-powered capabilities to secure software development.

• Lead and mentor Back End engineering teams, driving recruitment, retention, and talent development.
• Oversee the design and delivery of secure, scalable software solutions, ensuring best practices in security throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with product, security research, endpoint engineering, and platform teams to align engineering with business goals and customer needs.
• Harness AI-embedding and AI-powered capabilities into both products and engineering practices.

• 15+ years of software engineering experience.
• 8+ years managing multiple software engineering teams.
• Experience with high-scale, critical systems Back End engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through organizational change, balancing strategy with execution.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, secure, and scalable SaaS products.
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software, Computer Engineering, or equivalent military experience required.
• Detail-oriented and able to drill down into technical details while enabling employees to deliver.
• Experience in the cybersecurity domain is an advantage.
