• Diagnose, treat, and manage musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and diseases
• Perform surgical and non-surgical orthopedic procedures tailored to patient needs
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary providers
• Provide consultations, follow-ups, and ongoing care for patients
• Participate in call coverage on a rotating basis (with stipend)
• Work closely with physician assistants and other specialists
• Stay up to date on the latest advancements in orthopedic care and integrate best practices
• Engage in practice development efforts to support growth and patient outreach

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited orthopedic surgery residency program
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Licensed to practice medicine in the state of California
• Strong surgical skills with a patient-centered approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
