Providence St. Mary Medical Center - California is seeking a dedicated Full time Cardiothoracic Surgery nurse practitioner to become an integral part of its expanding Cardiothoracic program. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with Cardiothoracic and general OR surgeons. You'll care for a diverse patient population, focusing on advanced cardiothoracic cases and collaborating with the Cath lab. Join this close-knit group of caregivers in Apple Valley, California.

• Full-time position; Monday to Friday schedule.
• Collaborate with Cardiothoracic and general OR surgeons and the Cath lab to care for patients undergoing cardiothoracic procedures.

• Requires an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP).
• Requires RNFA Certification or, in addition, the program offers to cover RNFA certification cost and provide a bonus upon completion of certification and training.

The posted salary range is between $153,274 and $200,370 per year and reflects starting total compensation, with possible productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. Providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. This salary range is provided in accordance with State law and may vary due to the factors noted above.
