LAASER is seeking a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Anesthesiologist to join our collaborative, growing team of specialists in Los Angeles, California. The anesthesiologist will provide comprehensive anesthesia services in support of LAASER's specialty and emergency departments, including Emergency & Critical Care, Neurology & Neurosurgery, Surgery, Internal Medicine, and Rehabilitation & Integrative Medicine. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with specialists and a highly trained technical team in a fast-paced referral environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Direct management and oversight of anesthesia cases and protocols
• Collaboration with anesthesia-focused technicians, including experienced RVTs and advanced anesthesia staff
• Responsible for mentorship, training, and clinical support of technical team members
• Supporting a diverse and complex caseload in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
