We're seeking a mission-driven Primary Care Physician to join a well-established, value-based care organization in the greater Los Angeles area. This is an outpatient-only position focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to an adult and senior population.

• Compensation: Base salary of $230K-$285K (commensurate with experience)
• Annual Bonus: Up to 20% of base compensation
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 100% outpatient, no nights or weekends
• Patient Load: Manageable daily census emphasizing quality over volume
• Support: Work with a collaborative care team including NPs, MAs, and health coaches
• Mission: Deliver care focused on prevention, chronic disease management, and population health

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and senior patients in an outpatient setting
• Manage acute and chronic conditions while focusing on preventive medicine and wellness
• Partner with care teams to meet quality metrics such as HEDIS and STAR measures
• Participate in daily huddles, team meetings, and ongoing process improvement efforts
• Foster meaningful patient relationships through education, accessibility, and continuity of care
