• Handle all phases of litigation: trial preparation, strategy development, discovery planning and responses, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances.

• 1-4+ years of litigation experience, with medical malpractice experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• California bar membership in good standing is required.
