Urology Physician - Independent Practice Track (MedCBO Supported)

Job Description

About the Role:

The Urology - Independent Practice Track is designed for innovative medical professionals who are eager to blend clinical expertise with entrepreneurial spirit. The primary goal is to develop and implement new healthcare solutions that enhance patient care. Candidates will establish a physician group and lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and overall service delivery with MedCBO's support to help facilitate both startup and ongoing aspects. This position emphasizes strategic planning and business development as well as patient care, enabling the successful candidate to shape the future through innovative practices.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Urology.
  • Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state or region.
  • Demonstrated experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in healthcare entrepreneurship or business development.
  • Previous leadership roles in clinical settings.
Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain a new physician practice with MedCBO guidance.
  • Provide high-quality medical care in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the sector.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement innovative practices that improve patient care.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends and needs in services.
  • Engage with stakeholders to promote initiatives and secure resources.
