We are seeking a IT Product Analyst with experience in analyzing product metrics post release to proactively identify and optimize to user experience for our direct client.
This job is ONSITE and open in SFO or Salt Lake City, Utah. Must be a US Citizen.
Responsibilities
- Reviews current internal systems and platforms and makes recommendations to the backlog to implement feature updates or bug fixes
- Researches market trends and creates product requirements documents, which capture business reasons for new ITS products or services
- Establishes core knowledge of industry norms and stays abreast of latest developments
- Understands key technologies and platforms, integration best practices and incorporation of third party APIs and open source/reusable components
- Manage implementation and launch of new integration flows for critical payment application customers across the enterprise.
- Develops internal relationship with the Product Owners to support feature roadmaps from concept to delivery
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to establish initial product buy-in and with quality assurance and project management to facilitate acceptance testing of releases
- Participates in product-related communications to various levels of stakeholders (from technical SMEs to executive teams)
- Analyzes product metrics post release to proactively identify and optimize to user experience and product performance Complexity
- Serves as a product team member for one product or service
- Works with business partners across departments to develop technology solutions that align with business and technical strategies.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Economics, or similar discipline or equivalent work experience
- At least 0-2 years experience in developing innovative technical products.
- AWS knowledge is a strong plus.
- Collaborate directly with product teams and bring a strong IT background to support technical initiatives.
- Experience working closely with product management and development teams, with a strong understanding of technical concepts.
- Agile SCRUM experience is desirable.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
