BCDI seeks a like-minded individual focused on providing integrated, patient-focused, family-oriented, and compassionate care.

Responsibilities and Details

• Inpatient Pediatric Hematology Hospitalist - done by 2?pm most days
• Schedule options include 7 on 7 off, 14 on 14 off, or other options built to preferences
• Mentoring option from Dr. Michael Tarantino (NBDF's 2024 Lifetime of Achievement recipient) and Dr. Jonathan Roberts among other physicians, residents, and six advanced practice providers who assist with inpatient duties
• Optional faculty appointment and research opportunities available, participation not required
• Practicing and upcoming 2026 and 2027 fellows encouraged to apply
• Base range of $200,000-$325,000
• Sign-on of $50,000
• Annual student loan repayment
• Comprehensive Platinum level benefits with costs covered for you and your family - and a retirement match of 5%
