Become a Key Player as a Senior Customer Marketing Manager

As a Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you will lead full-funnel customer marketing programs that connect product priorities to measurable business outcomes. You will work across product, regional, creative, media, and senior stakeholders to scale integrated campaigns and drive retention and growth. Work model: Hybrid, ideally based in San Francisco with flexibility for remote candidates in the PST time zone. This is a contract that will start in February 2026 and will end August 2026.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong strategic marketing experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and full-funnel programs.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with experience influencing product, regional, creative, media, and senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven operator with the ability to define KPIs, interpret insights, and optimize programs.
