The Opportunity

We're hiring a Vice President of Marketing to lead brand strategy, communications, employer branding, and performance-driven brand amplification across all markets.

Responsibilities

This executive role is responsible for unifying acquired firms under a single national brand, strengthening market credibility, and positioning Archer Lewis as both:

• A Trusted Advisor to SMB owners, and
• An Employer of Choice for accounting and advisory professionals.

What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the Archer Lewis brand across all markets and service lines
• Lead national and local brand campaigns that build trust, credibility, and visibility
• Drive employer branding and recruiting marketing to accelerate hiring and retention
• Lead brand and marketing integration for acquisitions
• Own corporate communications, PR, and thought leadership
• Oversee performance marketing as a brand-led growth engine
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team and agency partners

Who You Are

• 15+ years of senior marketing leadership experience
• Proven success in brand-led growth for professional services (accounting, consulting, legal, financial services)
• Experience with brand transformation, M&A integration, and employer branding
• A low-ego, high-accountability leader who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments
• Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset
