The OpportunityWe're hiring a Vice President of Marketing to lead brand strategy, communications, employer branding, and performance-driven brand amplification across all markets.
ResponsibilitiesThis executive role is responsible for unifying acquired firms under a single national brand, strengthening market credibility, and positioning Archer Lewis as both:
- A Trusted Advisor to SMB owners, and
- An Employer of Choice for accounting and advisory professionals.
- Own and evolve the Archer Lewis brand across all markets and service lines
- Lead national and local brand campaigns that build trust, credibility, and visibility
- Drive employer branding and recruiting marketing to accelerate hiring and retention
- Lead brand and marketing integration for acquisitions
- Own corporate communications, PR, and thought leadership
- Oversee performance marketing as a brand-led growth engine
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team and agency partners
- Strong national brand recognition with local credibility
- Faster, smoother integration of acquired firms
- Improved hiring velocity and retention
- Increased share of voice in priority markets
- 15+ years of senior marketing leadership experience
- Proven success in brand-led growth for professional services (accounting, consulting, legal, financial services)
- Experience with brand transformation, M&A integration, and employer branding

- Strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset
