What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead, recruit, and train a team of sales managers to achieve sales success
• Maintain client records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions and scheduled meetings
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed organizational revenue targets
• Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions
• Foster a high-performance culture by demonstrating the capabilities of point-of-sale solutions to empower the sales team

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum of 5 years of sales and leadership experience
• Valid driver's license required for regular travel by car and air
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong prospecting, communication, and presentation skills
