Extended Job Title: Recurrent Faculty Member, Dermatology

Position Description: The Dermatology Department at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center provides a comprehensive range of clinical services for the diagnosis and management of skin, scalp and nail disorders. The department's physicians are all board-certified in dermatology, and their clinical interests include skin cancer, dermatopathology, Mohs surgery, and pediatric and cosmetic dermatology.

Major/Essential Functions:

  • Inpatient assessment of patients' skin diseases, conditions, and ailments to determine appropriate treatment and provide treatment if needed.
  • Complete timely documentation of patient encounters.
  • Bedsidesteaching of medical students, residents and fellows.

  • MD/DO/MBBS.
  • Completion of a Dermatology Residency.
  • Active Texas Medical License.
