Civil Litigation Defense Attorney - Remote

A highly regarded, expanding litigation firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join its dynamic team. Your Practice Will Include:

• Court appearances
• Discovery & motion practice
• Depositions & mediations
• Direct client interaction
• Trial preparation
• Site inspections & hearings

Trial experience is welcomed - and attorneys eager to build trial skills will receive strong support and training.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 (based on experience)
• Performance-based bonus program
• 401(k) with employer matching

Location & Schedule

• Fulltime employment - Fully Remote
• Preference for candidates located in SF Bay area for in-person litigation responsibilities as needed

• 3-5 years of civil litigation experience
• Active California Bar license
