• Level III NICU; MFM at Hospital
• Epic EMR

• Occurrence based malpractice insurance including tail coverage
• Annual Salary: $325k - $380k

• Graduate of an accredited medical school and US residency program
• Current Illinois Physician medical license in good standing
• Board Certified/Eligible, required
