Job Summary:
Golden Hartz ABA is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Supervisor - BCBA to join our team in Western Maryland. As a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, we are committed to delivering exceptional services to children with autism and their families. The Clinical Supervisor - BCBA will play a vital role in overseeing our therapy programs, supervising BCBA staff, and ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of BCBA therapists, providing clinical guidance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
Implement and evaluate behavioral interventions, adapting plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and clinical psychologists
Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company standards
Participate in staff training and development, staying up-to-date with current research and best practices in ABA therapy
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining a high level of quality assurance
Requirements:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
No MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE ABA therapy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
