We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager who will plan and administer outpatient care services for the clinical department. Collaborate with health care providers to establish standards of care for the specialty practices. Provide clinical and administrative oversight of RNs, CMAs, and PSCs. Work with the Assistant Director of Nursing on human resource matters, including scope of work and performance evaluations, and ensure the clinic is properly staffed. Maintain nursing practice standards, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement activities for clinic operations.

• Design, manage, and evaluate the systems through which patient care is delivered and maintain an efficient and cost-effective environment conducive to quality patient care.
• Plan and monitor budgets in the areas of nursing personnel, medical-surgical supplies, equipment, and medications.
• Coordinate and implement daily activities of the IVF practice from cycle start to completion.
• Provide instructional classes for IVF patients, including medication instruction and administration.
• Work with IVF team members (MDs, RNs, CMAs, etc.) to develop and follow plan of care.
• Assist with coordination of donor and surrogate cycles.
• Provide patient triage.
• Practice nursing per clinical policy and protocols for the GYN/OB department and under the nursing scope of practice for the State of Maryland.
• Report to the Division Director any issues related to development and implementation of medical protocols.
• May perform case management services to patients from initial intake visit through termination of services.
• Act as a resource to providers for documentation assistance, barriers to referrals, and record retrieval.
• May be required for weekend coverage as needed.

• Registered Nurse, licensed in the State of Maryland or a state where you practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field required; Master's degree in Nursing or business administration preferred.
• Minimum of three years clinical nursing experience.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience; additional related experience may substitute for education beyond a high school diploma, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Starting Salary Range: $87,400 - $152,900 Annually (target $110,000; commensurate with experience)
