Thoracic:

• Tube thoracostomy

• Pericardial window

• Lung biopsy, resections, pneumonectomy

• Decortication

• Chest wall reconstruction

• Mediastinal surgery

• Board Certified/Board Eligible Required

• Active Indiana License & DEA/CSR Required

• Available for all coverage dates Required
