Location: Mt. Vernon, IL

The Staff Pad has partnered with a large, physician-led, independent not-for-profit health system to recruit a Urologist for a well-established specialty practice serving a broad regional population. Position Highlights

• Full-time, employed Urology position
• Practice mix: approximately 60% outpatient/40% inpatient
• Established referral base within a large primary care network
• Strong clinical and surgical support across OR, ICU, ER, and inpatient units

• Integrated Epic EMR across all inpatient and outpatient settings

Schedule & Call

• 40-hour workweek
• Call requirement: 10 shifts per month (24-hour shifts)
• Call compensation: $750 per 24-hour shift

Compensation & Incentives

• Base compensation: $640,000 one-year income guarantee
• Quality bonus: 5%+ annually, based on mutually agreed-upon department goals
• APP supervision compensation: $20 per RVU supervised
• Sign-on bonus: $50,000
• Additional income through clinical research participation

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
• Open to experienced physicians and new graduates
