Role Overview NorthStar is looking for an Anesthesiologist to join this small community hospital in Cincinnati, OH! Our awesome team at Mercy Clermont consists of 4 general anesthesiologists! Call and workload are split equitably among the team of 4 general anesthesiologists! $500k base, 10 weeks PTO! $50k or $75k sign-on bonus based on a 2 or 3-year commitment!

• Call is taken from home with a post-call day off
• NO hearts, NO thoracic, NO OB, NO peds, NO intracranial surgery!
• Back up CRNA on call; OB service covered by CRNA 24/7 in-house
• Great variety of case mixes!
• Strong local support system of anesthesiologists at other Mercy sites with ample opportunities for internal moonlighting/additional income
