• Lead and mentor a team of sales managers to drive sales success

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum of 5+ years of sales and leadership experience
• Valid driver's license required for regular travel
• Strong understanding of the payments industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in recruiting, training, and coaching sales teams
• Excellent prospecting, communication, and networking skills
• Strong sense of urgency and innate sales talent
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Atlas, or Gong
