Your leadership will ensure seamless integration of scientific requirements with architectural and interior solutions.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead laboratory and vivarium planning teams and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
  • Integrate scientific requirements into architectural and interior design solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between planning, architecture, and interiors teams.
  • Provide expertise in workflows, equipment selection, and compliance standards.
  • Develop project goals and work plans to achieve design excellence and profitability.
  • Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, positive work environment.
Skills and Experience
  • 15+ years in laboratory/vivarium environments, including 10+ in Bio/Pharma projects.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in science, engineering, or architecture.
  • Proven leadership of large, multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of lab/vivarium design and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Deltek, Bluebeam, and related tools.
